Holy Moly this place is amazing!! Truly an experience literally as you walk in. Food doesn't speak but YELLS for itself. Fresh, flavorful and creatively prepared from the genius chef's 😎. And if that wasn't enough...staff is beyond words. Dominique was the pleasant complement to the evening...aside from the same name BTW 🤣. Why have a stereotypical event to come here? There is some many options on the menu you'll make up reasons to come!

Great place for sea food.Eclectic atmosphere, great deco and nice staff. If you wish to have a great dinner with friends or loved ones, this ia an awesome place.Make sure to try out the oysters! Probably one of the finest locations to eat oysters in mtl.Hanger steak was fresh, fragrant and very different than any other steak you can fins around. Deserts were decent but not jaw dropping.Pricing is reasonable and provide good value

Great atmosphere and delicious food at Jellyfish with great company.What I tried - salmon tartare, scallop carpaccio, shrimp ceviche, lollipop crack lobster, octopus tempura, crispy gaspor piglet belly, their fries, chef recommended steak for 2, avocado carpaccio.Everything was delicious. Usually not a fan of fusion but was pleasantly surprised with all the dishes and the flavors. Their fries were very good - a bit of crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. 👌Steak was perfectly seasoned. Octopus tempura I thought was a bit small for the price. The piglet belly I got was tasty but I don't know where the "crispy" part came in because there wasn't any crispy.

Amazing service. Best server was Lisa, amazing. Super friendly. Arrived hungry and super relaxed from the spa and our server set up a tasting menu for us. Phenomenal food.Great price and wine. Food was top notch, each dish was incredibly flavourful except the braised ribs. Octopus tempura was amazing as was the pasta!

Fabulous dinner here! Such a hip, fun place to be. The food was amazing, really amazing and we had a wonderful evening. Make sure you book as it fills up.

Was one of my first outings after the pandemic kept me close to home for months. I was nervous about the outing, but the staff were careful in their precautions, welcoming, friendly and fully masked and face shielded which I know must have been uncomfortable for them, but they really normalized it and made sure we had a great time. The service was stellar with great recommendations, and care. The food was fantastic!!! Can't wait to go back!

Came here for Galentine’s Day and enjoyed every dish tremendously! The flavours were well balanced, the textures complementary and the portion sizes perfect! Got a number of dishes and shared, to try most of the menu, and loved all of them. My only criticism is the desserts which were unfortunately way too sweet creating too much richness at the end of a fairly rich meal.

This is one of my favorite restaurant now. Every meal we took tasted like heaven. You can't go there without having the avocado carpaccio and of course the burned s'mores!!! The service was very good and the wine pairing offered by our waitress was just very well picked!!! The ambiance is nice and the decor is cozy and refine! I will for sure go back!!!

We ordered a main course each and had the whole fish to share between 4 people. We were absolutely stuffed and happy with the food and portions.

My wife and I had an night out without our kids and decided to treat each other by going at the Jellyfish. First off, it is an upscale place, from the decor, hostess, waiter food presentation and taste, everything was impeccable! We had the tuna Crudo to start then the lobster lollipops and both were exquisite. A truly savouring experience. The veal was very tender and tasteful. The only deception were the deserts for us. I had the churros and my wife the crème brûlée and the later was ok, but the churros were a disappointment. They have a great selection of wine and signature cocktail. My wife enjoyed the Caesar. Overall excellent experience for us.

I recently was in Montreal and arrived late. The operator Robbie sat us and immediately made sure we were served and treated like family. They kept the kitchen open for our orders which were delicious and our Server Gabrielle was amazing. Montreal has great restos and I put Jellyfish on my list of must visit locations that have both great food and drinks as well as a great vibe. The location in Old Montreal is fantastic and away from the noise and traffic. Great experience overall, I don't give 5stars regularly.

We went as a group the service was amazing. The food was excellent, we were never out of anything. We hate the if I remember correctly white card service so it's a good portion of everything over multiple services. The waitresses were very caring. Everything was perfect.

A friend of ours recommended Jellyfish and it definitely lived up to its hype. The venue has a very modern and sleek look with dim lights and good music. Our waitress had great recommendations and was very accommodating. The food was fantastic! We ordered the octopus, filet mignon, veal and we also had the dessert. A great place for a date night and would highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back here.

Ambiance is more up scale, yes, but I actually like it. In an area surrounded by offices it attracts local crowds for lunches. The food is awesome. We had a team lunch there today and food was excellent. Great selection of spirits as well, even local QC spirits, like local Gins.It can easily hold up with restaurants like Holder on Rue McGill.No comparison to the former Aziatic (it’s like night and day - KFC vs. classy restaurant)

On the pricey side, but worth it. Everything was delicious and service was helpful and friendly. Tuna tartare, avocado carpaccio, oyster nachos and burrata were all on point!

Great food and good service. This restaurant holds up to it's reputation. The prices are moderately high but it's well worth it. Great choices of homemade drinks. The meals are refined but also come in portions that are big enough to leave you feeling full. Definitely a place I recommend if you want to try high gastronomy in Montreal.

The atmosphere is very warm, complimented by friendly, prompt service and very good food. Definitely interesting taste combinations. The drinks are a little pricey but overall a great experience.

One of the best dates my husband and I have ever been on. The manager greeted us upon arrival and showed us to an amazing table in the corner where we had a view of the tastefully decorated restaurant. The waitress, Gabby, was fun, attentive, helpful, and had great energy. Everything we ate was delicious. For the level of service and food I expected to pay more. The manager even remembered our name on the way out. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous space and beautiful people.I was expecting the restaurant to be more about looks than food but it wasn't. The food is just as delicious as the ceilings are high.Every dish was a hit, my personal favorite were the avocado carpaccio and the rotelle! All dishes are designed to be shared, some come in small portions, other are more substantial.Service was attentive and quick, and the restaurant offered us a complimentary cocktail at the end.I found the prices to be fairly reasonable for a restaurant like this one. Even the wine list has a few bottles below $50. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Service is great, waiters are super helpful, fast and careful with orders, items placement, etc.On the other hand, portions are very small for price. I got an entrée and a lamb shank with salad, good thing that I ate a small bite before coming here...plus I don't eat much. I left mildly hungry. We left about 120$ per person, group of 9, with wine. I wouldn't say no to an extra burger or pizza, to get satiated.Verdict: too expensive for what you get, but outstanding service.

Great restaurant, delicious creative menu, prompt top notch service and inviting decor. Avocado appetizer was recommended by a waitress,not to be missed.

Arrived hungry and left satisfied. Great service by our server Maude and amazing staffs from the door to the water refills. She explained the menu concept for the first-timers like us. We had the salmon tartare, veal tataki, carpaccio of avocado and the hanger beef. The plates was well presented and very eye catching. The taste was even better than expected. It was worth it.
